1. What is the product warranty for my Genie® product?

All Genie® products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Refer to the owner’s manual for details.




2. How do I get service under my Genie® warranty?

For warranty repairs, have your model number and a copy of your original sales receipt available, then contact us about the problem you are having. A trained Genie® representative will help to diagnose the problem. The representative will arrange to ship you the necessary parts to complete the repair. There is a $6.50 shipping and handling fee plus any applicable sales taxes for all warranty parts orders. If your door was installed by a Genie® ProTM dealer, the Genie® representative will help to arrange a service call.




3. How do I purchase repair or replacement parts for my Genie® product?

  • Through your authorized Genie® dealer or retailer, or call (800) 65-GENIE.
  • Through Genie® customer service. Call toll-free (800) 35-GENIE. We accept VISA® and MasterCard®. The card’s expiration date must be at least one month into the future.
  • By mail. Send your request to:
