In any such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at the entry websites or other means. Sponsor shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such action. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision. LIMITATIONS. AMENDMENT. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. INDEMNITY/RELEASE.
