NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. QUALIFICATIONS. Entries are limited to one per person. DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRANT. Should Sponsor determine, in its sole discretion, that any entrant has violated any of the provisions in the Official Rules, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award a prize to such entrant. PRIZES. The prize will be one (1) garage door opener in original packaging (installation excluded), to be selected by the winner between the following models 7155D-TSV, 3155D-TSV, 4063B-TKV, 6172H-B. With an approximate retail value of $499.00. Ten (10) winners will be selected on August 6th, 2024. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. No prize substitution is allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If, by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. PROCEDURES. The winners will be selected on August 6th, 2024, at Sponsor’s headquarters located at 1 Door Dr., Mount Hope OH 44660, in a random drawing from the submitted entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail by a representative of Sponsor on or about August 16th, 2024. If the winner is from Canada, he or she must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question as a condition precedent to receiving the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize for any reason. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (a) failure of a potential winner to execute and return a publicity release form within 14 days from the date of notification; (b) the return of any other notification of a prize as undeliverable; (c) the potential winner’s failure to claim the prize within 14 days from the date of notification by Sponsor; (d) the failure of a winner from the Canada to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or (e) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules.
